Von Duprin 99 Series Electric Latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device

Electric Latch Retraction allows for the remote unlatching of the exit device. When a control station operator flips a switch, the latch bolt retracts and allows for and immediate change of the exit device to push-pull operation. A powerful continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is designed as an alternative to manual dogging. EL devices are also useful with automatic door operators.

Concealed vertical rod exit device for use on single and double doors with or without a mullion. Covers hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. UL Listed for accident hazard installations. Non-handed. 3/4" throw top latch bolt; 1-1/2" throw bottom latch bolt. Hex key dogging with hex key included. Furnished with 338 & 385A series strikes in dull black finish.
