Product Details
Exit control device with built-in alarm. Grooved case with a smooth push bar for all types of single and double doors with mullion. UL listed for accident hazard installations. Covers stock metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Single point locking on frame or mullion with an included 299 series roller strike. Non-handed and field sizeable. Fits doors 2'6" to 3' (36" model) or 3'1" to 4' (48" model). Installs 39-13/16" above finished floor to centerline of device for most local code compliances. Projects 3-13/16" when neutral and 3-1/16" when depressed. The latch case measures 8" x 2-1/4" x 2-3/4". Other Features:- Request to exit switch is built-in
