Von Duprin 35 Series Electric Latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device

Electric Latch Retraction allows for the remote unlatching of the exit device. When a control station operator flips a switch, the latch bolt retracts and allows for and immediate change of the exit device to push-pull operation. A powerful continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is designed as an alternative to manual dogging. EL devices are also useful with automatic door operators.

Designed specifically for use on narrow stiles, as narrow as 1-3/4", the 3357A will fit a variety of door types and applications. Wood doors require a 4" wide stile. Deadlocking latchbolts prevent forced latchbolt retraction which provides higher security for all of your openings. This device features a smooth case and smooth push pad.

Grade 1 certified. Non handed. Installs at 39-5/8" above finished floor with door undercuts at 1/4" or smaller. Adjustable from 35-5/8" to 49-5/8". Includes mounting hardware and instructions.

Available for 36" (2'4" to 3') wide doors in Dark Bronze, Bright Chrome, Dull Chrome or Aluminum finishes.
