LCN SEM7820 Series Heavy Duty Flush Wall Mount Single Door Electromagnetic Door Holder 2-5/8" Armature 24V Aluminum

Die cast housing, low profile recessed wall mounted electronically controlled magnetic door holder for smoke and fire labeled doors. UL Listed. Magnets are fail safe and hold until the current is interrupted. A manual door closer is used to control and close the door. Connect to your fire alarm system and when the fire alarm is set off the power to the magnet is removed allowing your door closer to close the door, keeping smoke or fire from entering into other areas. Used on hospitals, nursing homes or anywhere a fire door or smoke barrier is used.

24V AC/DC. Holding force: 35lbs @ nominal input voltage. .020A @ 24V AC/DC draw. Flush wall mount in a single gang electrical box (box not included). Measures 4-5/8"H x 2-13/16"W x 1"D. Strike mount is 2-3/8"H x 1-11/16"W and strike face is 1-7/8" diameter. Projection from door is 2-5/8". Aluminum finish.
