Product Details
Self contained control box / compressor combination for operation a single door leaf using an LCN pneumatically controlled door operator. The single pneumatic circuit accepts Normally Open inputs from hardwired or RF actuator / receiver combinations (actuators sold separately). The 7981 does not require a separate compressor. Includes an isolated SPDT relay with 1 set of Normally Open and Normally Closed contacts to control an electric strike. The box cannot power the strike. All LCN supplied auxiliary compressors include and automatic drain feature for condensation elimination to prevent corrosion. A control box should not be more than 100 linear feet from an LCN 925. A maximum of 50 feet when using an LCN 7980 series closer. Should not be located where temperatures can exceed 120°F or fall below 35°F. 120V AC @ 5 amp. Output voltage is 12VDC @ 0.25 amp max. Air pressure input is 80 PSI minimum / 100 PSI maximum. Regulated air output up to 80 PSI for Auto Equalizer units. Auto Equalizer units require approximately 0.5 cfm airflow in heavy traffic.
