LCN 4040SE Series Sentronic Double Egress Track Door Closer Right Hand 120V

120 volt track style door closer for mounting on hinge side of door with body on door and track on header or on push side with body on door and track mounted to the door stop. UL listed for smoke barrier or fire labeled doors. cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold open. Tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.15. Conforms to life safety code NFPA 101.

The LCN Sentronic 4040SE is a heavy duty non-sized door closer/holder designed to provide single point hold open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism which allows the door to close. Designed for use on interior doors only.

Includes closer body, double egress arm, 120V AC/DC SE track, standard cover, screw pack and installation instructions. Hold open force is adjustable and the closer can be adjusted to operate interior doors up to 4 feet wide. A momentary on/off switch for testing the door release also provides over-voltage protection and is field replaceable. This unit operates as a full rack and pinion closer when hold open is not engaged or when the current is interrupted. Concealed or surface mounted wiring. Right handed. To determine handing of door stand facing the door on the side you would need to push to open the door. The side the hinges are on is the handing of the door. Interfaces with your alarm system, contact your alarm service provider to have them connect the unit.
