Heavy duty cast iron body with forged steel main arm and heat treated steel pinion. The 4031LD is a universal, light duty door closer designed for use on doors that have moderate traffic conditions and can be mounted Hinge Side, Top Jamb or Parallel. Because the 4031 body is adjustable it can operate interior doors 26" to 48" wide or exterior doors 26" to 36" wide, given standard conditions.
