Product Details
Heavy duty cast iron body with forged steel main arm and heat treated steel pinion. The 4031 is a universal door closer designed for use on doors that have moderate traffic conditions and can be mounted Hinge Side, Top Jamb or Parallel. Because the 4031 is adjustable it can operate interior doors 26" to 48" wide or exterior doors 26" to 36" wide, given standard conditions. Includes closer body, Cush-N-Stop arm, metal cover, self- tapping screw pack and installation instructions. Cush-N-Stop: a physical barrier designed to prevent the door from opening past the desired point to prevent damage to the closer. Since the closer can be mounted for use on 85°, 90° or 100° openings, the Cush-N-Stop operates at various angles of opening depending on the installed maximum point. Available in Aluminum finish.
