The 2031 is an ADA compliant heavy duty concealed door closer designed to provide complete concealment in aluminum transoms. The single lever arm and roller assembly provide smooth and quiet door control. On a 36" wide door it takes 5lbs of pressure, or less, to open the door from its completely closed position. The 2031 is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold open. Tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.4, Grade 1. Shipped with standard arm, standard track, finish plate, wood and machine screw pack & installation instructions. Auxiliary stop (not included) is recommended where a door cannot swing 180° The top rail of your door requires a 1-3/8" mortise. Fits 1-3/4" thick doors only. Body is 21-7/8" L x 3-23/32"W x 1-5/8"H. Track is 22-1/2"L x 1-1/4"W x 1-3/8"H Closer is handed. To determine handing of door stand facing the door on the side you would need to push to open the door.
