Folger Adam 310 Series Double Door Electric Strike Body

BODY ONLY- NO FACEPLATE

For double door applications where both doors have a vertical rod exit device installed, either concealed or surface mount and both doors are required to be released upon activating the strike. These electric strikes are sold without faceplates which are required for proper installation and operation. If you do not have a faceplate, please see the strikes with faceplates or faceplate options listed below.

Available in 12 or 24VDC in both Fail Safe (power required to open) or Fail Secure (power required to remain locked) models. The center to center (CTC) measurements listed under "Size" are to match up your existing exit device's CTC rod measurements. This model is available in 4" to 4-3/4" CTC, 4-5/8" to 5-3/8" CTC or 5-1/4" to 6" CTC. This means if your device falls between those measurements then that is the Size that you need. Because this is just the body, this can be used for a concealed vertical rod or a surface mounted vertical rod exit device. In either case the bottom rod of your device must be removed for the electric strike to function properly.

It is not recommended nor practiced to install any electric strike in the threshold of any application because it will be susceptible to debris, sand, dust and countless amounts of water, all of which will damage and ultimately cause the failure of the strike.
