Folger Adam 310-6-8 Series Electric Strike

For single door applications where the door has a concealed vertical rod exit device installed. The device must have a 1/2" or Pullman style latchbolt meaning it must be able to bypass the keeper upon the closing of the door.

Available in 12 or 24VDC Fail Secure (power required to remain locked). The bottom rod of your devices must be removed for the electric strike to function properly.

A Latchbolt & Locking Cam Monitor with Auxiliary Switch (LCBMA) is available on some models.

It is not recommended nor practiced to install any electric strike in the threshold of any application because it will be susceptible to debris, sand, dust and countless amounts of water, all of which will damage and ultimately cause the failure of the strike.
