After having my Atrium Door Company lockset get stuck closed, I quickly realized that the Atrium Door Company went out of business some time ago. I ordered a replacement set from your website (US29ML 8003). In 3 days I had the lock set and it went in perfectly (once I got the old one out!). Thanks for maintaining a quality online store that makes it easy to get a tough job done!

Hello James,
Just wanted to thank you for your excellent advice on repair of my Ideal Security lock. I had 2 local locksmiths look at the lock, and they had no idea of how to get to the bolts inside that would be needed to either tighten it or remove it.
Your advice was right on the money!! And free!!
It's refreshing to see that given today's business climate, where nobody ever gives advice for free, you have to pay for everything, you promptly answered my questions.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your reply.. I will use your online products whenever I am in need of lock related products, and I will let everybody I know about how you went out of your way to help me with my problem, even though there wasn't any profit in it for you.
