Detex Double Door Holder for Exit Control Locks

The DDH-2250 enables the Detex Exit Control Locks to be used with any wood, metal or glass double outswinging exit doors. The design of the unit allows flexibility for mounting on either the left or right door. Activating the exit control lock by pushing the bar and opening the active leaf automatically disengages the DDH-2250, providing instant emergency exit of both doors.

The DDH-2250 is designed for use with Detex Exit Control Locks to provide locking of the inactive leaf on an outswinging double door application. Use with other devices is not recommended nor tested.

Case hardened steel locking bolt is actuated by an interchangeable pin, allowing the unit to be mounted on either leaf and automatically locks the inactive leaf in position when the active leaf is closed and locked. Housing is 3/16" durable zinc alloy featuring an attractive textured finish on the 1/4" thick face plate.

Includes screws, Allen wrench, strike plate, door protection plate with templates and one Double Door Holder. The unit is 7-1/8" L x 2-1/4" D x 2-7/8" H. 3 Year manufacturers warranty.
