Detex 230 Exit Control Lock

Combination door lock and exit alarm for emergency exits in factories, hospitals, dormitories, stores, libraries & Laboratories.

Deadbolt locking outside, emergency exit from inside when paddle is depressed causing alarm to sound. Easily installs on single wood, hollow metal or aluminum doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick that have a minimum stile width of 5-3/4" and a door width of at least 20" (34" min. w/long bar). For double door installations a DDH-2250 double door holder is required for doors with no mullion.

A vertical rod assembly is available VRA-143 for 2 point locking is available.

5-3/4" W x 3-3/4" D x 10-3/8" H. Bars are 12-7/8" from case edge for short bar or 24-1/8" for long bar.

Uses 9V battery, included. An optional battery eliminator (BE-961) kit is available for hard-wired applications.

Available with short bar (standard size) or long bar

Will accept 5 or 6 pin rim cylinder inside (not included).
