Alarm Lock stand-alone delayed egress panic/exit device with a 15 second delayed latch, instant alarm and instant egress in case of emergency or fire if connected to your building's fire alarm system. Meets NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. Includes monitoring output for secondary siren, CCTV or remote monitoring. Smoke detector input.
Extruded aluminum push bar and channel. Non-handed. Die cast metal cover. Surface mounted for single or double door applications.
Accepts a standard rim cylinder (not included) to operate the bolt/alarm and can be operated from the outside with an additional rim cylinder. AC powered with 9v battery backup for siren. Transformer and armored cable are included. The lock bolt has a 1" throw and includes reinforced steel inserts. Dual Piezo siren measured at 95db.
