Adams Rite Ultra Line Rim Device Electric Strike 1/2"

This non-handed premium electric strike features an ultra-compact design and a stainless steel split jaw with over 2400lbs of holding force. The strike releases electronically with up to 35lbs of preload - pressure exerted on doors by HVAC systems or misaligned hardware. A single solenoid operates on 12, 16 or 24 volts in either AC or DC mode. (16VDC mode requires an adapter, sold separately)

The 74R2 is a semi-mortised electric strike designed specifically for use on aluminum doors that have a rim mounted exit device with a 1/2" Pullman type latch bolt and allows you to provide access control to the door without actuation of the exit device. Field selectable Fail Safe/Fail Secure. Can be connected to a keypad, card reader, prox card reader or any type of access control system including intercom systems that have a door release button (a relay may be needed on some intercom systems - check the installation instructions of the system).

Strike opening: 5/8" W x 1-7/16" H x 1/2" D. Solenoid Case: 1" x 3-3/8" x 1-1/8". Overall size: 9" H x 1-5/8" W x 1/2" T. Hole spacing: 8-1/4" CTC. Overall depth including solenoid case: 1-19/32".
