Adams Rite Exit Indicator for MS Series Locks

Provide unmistakable notification of an exit door's "locked" or "unlocked" condition. Under many local building safety codes, this allows the use, in certain occupancies, of a security deadlock instead of less secure panic devices. It includes 2 permanent adhesive header signs: "This Door To Remain Unlocked During Business Hours". The other reads "This Door To Remain Unlocked When The Building is Occupied".

After a simple installation, the word "Open" appears in the panel in black letters on a white background when the deadbolt is unlocked. When locked, the word "Locked" appears in red letters. The escutcheon is made of zinc alloy and installs with 2 screws below your existing keyed cylinder or thumbturn.

Installs on standard 1-3/4" thick doors and is available in Clear Anodized Aluminum or Dark Bronze Finishes. We stock a Clear Anodized Aluminum model for doors up to 2-1/2" thick also.
