Adams Rite 3700 Series Alarmed Fire Rated Rim Exit Device

Device is Alarmed which requires a standard mortise cylinder with an Adams Rite MS cam (not included). The key will arm and disarm the alarm as well as reset it if the device is triggered. Four AA alkaline batteries power the twin horns to create a piercing 95db noise for 2 minutes or until disarmed when the pushbar is depressed. The device will beep to signal the need for new batteries.

Grade 1, non-handed for use on fire rated outswining doors. The pushbar is available in a 36 inch width. Fits doors 1-3/4" thick up to 2-1/4". The pushbar is made of extruded aluminum, is stocked in Clear Anodized Aluminum Finish & includes red lettering to deter accidental actuation. Other finishes available special order.
