In business since 1999, J&M Lock provided Springfield, Missouri and surrounding communities with the most professional Locksmithing services at the best prices in Southwest Missouri, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are providing the same quality service from our new location in Montana with 100% attention to our internet customers.
J&M Lock, Inc strives to give you great products at prices better than most, and always lower than suggested retail. We have been offering a selection of over 8000 products on our Website since 2003.
J&M Lock, Inc is owned and operated by James & Mary Hanna (hence the J&M). While Mary pays the bills, James answers every phone call, e-mail and fax, as well as processes every order and maintains this website on a daily basis (sometimes, like now, staying up past midnight).
If you call or e-mail J&M Lock, no matter which email address you use, you will always get one-on-one personal attention from me, James. There are no employees here & there is no 'service' answering my phones. Maybe one day I can get my wife to answer the phone or some emails.
My philosophy is simple: Treat everyone like I would like to be treated and in the process, get my customers exactly what they want at a price that's just enough to help pay my bills. This is how I make my living and if I charged too much, nobody would buy anything so it's important to me that the price you pay for anything on here is exactly the right price.
