About J&M Lock, Inc
In Feburary 1999 J&M Lock opened as a locksmith business, serving Springfield, Missouri and surrounding communities. J&M Lock
operated out of the home of James and Mary Hanna, with James doing all of the work and Mary making sure the bills were paid and
occasionally answering the phone. We started out as a part-time business and within 2 years grew into a full time, 24/7/365
professional locksmithing business serving homes & businesses.
Rekeying, lockouts and lock installations were the majority of the services that James performed. People needed a locksmith at
any time of the day, even holidays, and James was always there to provide the people with quick, professional service unlike
his competitors. Because of this, J&M Lock aquired many repeat commercial customers which relied on James to keep their
investments secure, get them through a broken lock or install new locks at crucial times. This included some access control
installations at schools and a few 911 centers.
Today, J&M Lock, Inc is still operated by James and Mary Hanna from their home, except now it's in Montana and J&M Lock, Inc no
longer provides locksmithing services to the immediate area. Instead, we provide quality hardware, safes, locks, commercial
door hardware and more through our website at competitive prices and most orders are shipped free. We currently have over 7000
part numbers on our website and a secondary site that contains over 1 Million part numbers. If you can't find what you need,
call us. Many people rely on James' knowledge of the items we sell to guide them to purchasing the exact items they need for
their given situation and needs. There are also many items that we have but aren't listed on our site. James still answers the phone, takes orders, does the majority of the advertising and website modifications while Mary makes sure the bills get paid on time. There are no answering services or call centers when you call us, only James or possibly the voicemail with which James personally replies to.
Like you, we purchase online, therefore we offer you 128-bit encryption on our secure site and we never
